Adjusting and Terminating Phishing Campaigns

In certain situations, HackNotice phishing campaigns can be changed or canceled, if needed.

Navigate to Business -> Awareness -> Phishing, and click on #4 Campaigns to get started.

At this time, the only way to cancel a scheduled campaign is if the campaign is running on a recurring basis. If that is the case, click the square icon in the "End Campaign" column (see video below for details). Once it is canceled, it cannot be un-canceled. To ensure that your campaign has been ended, check the "End Date" column - it will show today's date if successfully ended.

Note: The "End Campaign" feature is not available if you are running a specific campaign template. If that is the case, you will need to reach out to Support. We’ll take care of it quick, we promise! 

Additionally, campaigns cannot be edited after they’ve been created. They will need to be canceled and restarted with new edits.
