You can set up an email ticketing address within the HackNotice platform, allowing for efficient and organized management of support tickets. To do so, follow the below steps:
- Open the HackNotice platform and proceed to the "Business" section.
- Next, navigate to "Business > Account > Account”.
- Once in the "Account" section, go to “Preferences” and locate the option to add a ticketing email address.
- Input the desired email address that will be used for ticketing purposes. After entering the ticketing email address, click on the "Submit" button to save the changes.
- Email alerts will now automatically open a ticket in your ServiceNow environment.
Note: Ensure that the provided email address is accurate and actively monitored, in order to facilitate the timely handling of support inquiries.
